Bookings & payment
A session is confirmed once RCV Media accepts your inquiry (or your online payment completes) and the date is reserved. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are those stated for your package or in your session agreement.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Life happens — contact us as early as possible and we'll work with you to reschedule. Deposits for canceled sessions may be applied to a future date at our discretion. Weather-affected outdoor sessions are rescheduled at no charge.
Deliverables
Final edited photos are delivered through a private online gallery. Timelines vary by package; a typical session is delivered within two weeks. RAW files are not included unless agreed in writing.
Usage & copyright
RCV Media retains copyright in all photographs. You receive a personal (or agreed commercial) license to use your delivered images. We may use selected images for our portfolio and social channels unless you opt out — just ask.
Liability
If circumstances beyond our control prevent a session from being performed or delivered, liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid. We carry out every shoot with professional care but cannot guarantee specific artistic outcomes.
