Who we are

RCV Media is the sports photography business of Reese Vierling, based in Louisville, KY + Southern Indiana. Questions about these terms: info@rcv-media.com.

Booking

Sessions are booked online at least 3 days in advance. When you pick a time, it is held for 30 minutes while you check out; if payment isn't completed, the time is released.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Quote-first packages (such as tournament coverage) are confirmed when you pay the quoted deposit or total.

When you book, you sign a session agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the signed agreement wins for that session.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Any remaining balance is due before your gallery is delivered. You can pay it from your client portal.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can move your session once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Payments are refundable up to 7 days before the session and non-refundable after that.

If I can't photograph your session because of illness or emergency, you get a full refund.

Delivery

Sneak peeks usually arrive within a few days; full edited galleries typically within 1–2 weeks. Galleries are delivered through your private client portal and stay available for at least 180 days unless we agree otherwise. Download anything you want to keep.

I choose and edit the delivered images. Unedited or rejected frames are not delivered.

Using your photos

You get a personal-use license for every delivered image: printing, social media, recruiting profiles and sharing with family. A credit (@rcv.media) is appreciated.

Commercial use (advertising, resale, use by a business or brand) needs a separate written license.

I keep the copyright and may use images in my portfolio and social media. If you'd rather I didn't, tell me in writing (info@rcv-media.com) and I won't.

Minors

If the athlete is under 18, the person booking confirms they are the athlete's parent or legal guardian.

Venues

You're responsible for any permission needed to photograph at the venue. Some schools and leagues restrict sideline access; I'll shoot from wherever I'm allowed.

Liability

My total liability for any session is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the version in effect when you booked applies to your session.
