What I collect

When you book: your name, email, phone number (optional), session location, your answers to the booking questions, any notes, your typed name and drawn signature on the agreement, and the IP address the agreement was signed from.

When you pay: Stripe handles your card. I receive confirmation that you paid and the amount, not your card number.

When you use a gallery: which photos you favorite and any notes you send with your selections.

The site sets one sign-in cookie when you log in to the client portal, and one per gallery if you unlock a password-protected gallery. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

To schedule and photograph your session, take payment, deliver your photos, and contact you about your booking. Nothing else. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't send marketing email.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), Resend (sending booking and gallery emails), Vercel (hosting the site) and Supabase (database and photo storage). Each only receives what it needs to do that job.

Photos of minors

Client galleries are private: visible only to the client who booked, and to anyone they give the gallery password to. Portfolio use follows the terms, and you can opt out in writing.

How long I keep it

Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax rules require. Galleries are removed after their availability period ends, and you can ask me to delete your account and photos sooner.
