What we collect
When you send an inquiry or book a session, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, event date and location, and your message. If you pay online, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Like most websites, we also collect basic, anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, general region, device type).
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver photography services, share private client galleries with you, and send transactional email about your booking (confirmations, gallery-ready notices). We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Photos
Client galleries are private by default and shared only with you via link, access code, or account sign-in. Use of photos in the public portfolio is governed by your session agreement — if you'd prefer your photos never appear publicly, just tell us and we'll honor it.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run the site: Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics), Supabase (database and photo storage), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Retention & your choices
Inquiry and booking records are kept while your project is active and for reasonable business records afterward. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete your personal information, or to remove a gallery, by emailing studio@rcv-media.com.
